Owner’s Cottage

The Owner’s Cottage is a waterfront property with two bedrooms, accommodating two adults and up to five children. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom has a twin bed on the ground floor with steps leading to a queen-size loft bed. (This loft only opens to the second bedroom, providing privacy.)

In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two. The full-size kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and dining, with a gas stove and oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee maker with filters provided, blender, and toaster.

There is a dining table for four inside and an outdoor table for six on the deck, where you can enjoy the view while grilling, enjoying a cool beverage, and eating a meal.

The full bath has a tub and shower. We provide the linens, bath towels, and beach towels.

This cottage has a connecting door to the Captain’s Cottage, which can make it one large cottage perfect for a group of 13 people. It is NOT a dog-friendly cottage.
